I returned my old phone but still getting messages to return the phone. It was delivered to ee on the 4th it's now the 8th I'm getting worried as don't want to be charged as I've sent it back

This can take a few working days to be processed and the return noted on your account. Once this is all completed you will receive an update.

Yes I did I sent it in by the returns pack but no confirmation as yet so panicking.
