Returns process

Additional line was missold to us. tried to return back in store. They refused return.

Didn’t have the courtesy to advise we could return online which we tried. Completed the process through the text which was advised by the gentleman we spoke to on 150.

text states we should receive a response within 72hrs. It’s now been 2 weeks and yet to hear. We don’t need this line and EE has already been very difficult in returning this line.

What do I do next???

Hello @Mh119

Thanks for coming here.

Did you take out the additional line in store?

Was it our customer care team you spoke with on 150?

Katie

Purchased in store. Spoke to the customer care or whoever manages the returns line on 150. They told me to just fill the form in and it’s fine.

Have you been back to the store to discuss the order if this was not what you requested?

You can find full details on our returns policy in the Returning a device or SIM within 14 days Help page.
