I have a second phone. I was told it would be £19 a month bit I'm being charged £30 a month. Why is this?

The first bill following the addition of additional lines is always higher, due to the double-billing. From date of connection to the first bill cycle you are charged in arrears, from that point on your monthly subscription is charged in advance.

Does the plan price on your bill match what you'd expect?
