Hello, this is my first time here.
Nice to meet your community.)
I live in Russia and
have an EE SIM card with the number +44 7*** ***411.
It was active for a while, and I was receiving SMS messages on my smartphone.
Recently, this SIM card became inactive, and my account was closed.
Sorry, but I'm primarily looking for an answer to this question:
What do I need to do to reactivate the SIM card and reopen my account?
I'm willing to pay with a voucher if necessary.
Sincerely, A. G.

Hi @GA300468
Why does my account go to sleep?
Your account goes into hibernation if you don’t use your phone for a long time:
After 160 days: We’ll send you a text to check if you still want to use your account.
After 180 days: Your account goes into hibernation. Don’t worry — you still have 90 days to call us and get your number and credit back.
After 270 days: If we haven’t heard from you, your account will be closed. Your number and any remaining credit will be lost.
Thanks
