Hi everyone,
I was just wondering, I have my phone and my laptop on one contract, but could anyone tell me how to remove my laptop from my contract? Quite simply, I do not have the money to pay for both my phone and laptop considering the current economy, and I need my phone more than my laptop for work and such. Any help/ advice is appreciated!

You'll need to call CS to cancel it. You can't do that online.

@Cass2501 you’ll have to pay off the contract for the laptop. You just call customer support to request this.

Contractually, you agreed a monthly fee for at least the duration of your minimum term for each device.
You don't "remove" items from a contract without both parties consenting - you satisfy the contractual obligations then give notice to terminate.
If you're having problems paying your bills, then you need to contact EE-CS to discuss your circumstances - https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/financial-support/i-cant-pay-my-bill

Hiya, so I checked my contract online and it says it has been paid off back in 2024 and I can upgrade for free, but even reading the extra tabs under, it looks like they don't give you the option to just... stop it?
