HI EE,
I took a contract from EE for a device. My contact is ************.
I was told that i have a 100 minutes of international calls when i took the contract. I a international student so i called my home country thinking that i have the 100 minutes.
now the bill for went to around £400 for around 100 minutes, and i am student who don't have a proper job also to pay such big amounts.
The bill is divided into feb invoice of £185 and march invoice of £293.
Please help me i am not in a position to pay such amount.
I don't know what to do? I feel charging £3.99 per minute is too high.
Even if i don't have the international minutes i should at least get a notification or message (which my earlier services provided) that i can't make the call.
I am not blaming or complaining you. i just need help for this bills, I can't pay that.
I am already broke and not in a position to pay this.
