Its been six months since I am in contract with EE on sim only deal for 24 months. Now I want to upgrade my plan into phone+sim. Should I pay my remaining contract on sim to get phone or can continue with same sim and new phone paying amount in new deal.
Currently paying £20 for sim deal nd looking for £80 per month phone+sim deal.

Welcome to the EE Community,
Once you reach the 6th month of a sim only contract you are eligible to upgrade to a 24 month device contract there is no upgrade fee but there might be a upfront cost depending on which device & plan you go for.
Thanks,
David 🙂

Incidentally, the 6month rule only applies if you connected to EE as a SIM-only customer.
If you migrated to SIM-only from a handset-based plan, the eligibility rules state that you can move back to a handset-plan anytime.
