Mistreatment by EE complaint handler

I have endured an awful experience with EE today so I have had to write to the CEO

I received a call today from an EE complaint handler who treated me with contempt, dismissed my illness due to covid, and mocked my recent financial decision to upgrade without knowing the full facts.
The way I was treated today for speaking up is absolutely revolting.
The complaint handler only listened to a brief account of the events before jumping to conclusions and judging me based on what had happened in the past. He was extremely disrespectful and did not listen to my complaint.
I have no idea what to do if a complaint handler mistreats me.
I eagerly await your response."
 
it's pathetic how a complaint handler can be very unprofessional and unhelpful.
EE fix this!

@ArunArutchelvan  This is a public forum and not customer services.   And Marc Allera doesn’t get involved with this forum so your complaint will not been seen by him and he also isn’t a customer facing. 

No one here knows anything about you or what your issue is.

Thanks for your input. I have sent an email to him personally and posted a copy out here. I don’t need to suffer in silence for the treatment I endured. I do understand that it seems ugly on EE’s side and you don’t want to hear it!
