EE executive handler dealing with serious complaint sends wrong EE box just knowing requested Apple 4k box tell me she will try cancel it the TV mini box that she ordered poor service advisor should knke difference now been sent out is the mini box handler said order she would cancelled the wrong box debt and still not got correct order this should not of happened EE send my apple box without delay or better still place a credit value of one and will purchase directly online

And as this was from December last year and with no follow posts on this I’m going to guess the matter is resolved and the ombudsman made the decision.

@Markiedonut25 The EE Apple TV isn’t yours to keep and you’ve only get EE TV on a suppled EE Apple TV.
Do you already have the EE TV pro box ?

@Chris_B Just to clear things up—no, this isn’t resolved. I’ve challenged the Ombudsman’s decision due to factual errors in EE’s case.
Funny how you’re suddenly curious when someone else agrees, but before, you were quick to dismiss everything. Maybe instead of defending EE so hard, ask why they couldn’t even follow their own terms properly.
