Paying bill from abroad

Good evening

I need to pay my UK bill from the US 

Can't phone 150 or 360

Going online or account tells you to text to 150 which it does not accept from outside UK.

Tried the +448000798586 number that you use from abroad but doesn't call and immediately drops out.

I know ee are going to disconnect me soon I'm going to be left with no phone and no way to reconnect.

@institute : Try using Fast Payment online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.

Fast payment tells you to text 150

And then it doesn't send.

That's cuz the MyEE site is under maintenance at the mo' & that's just a holding msg. Try on the UK morn when it'll be back & you can do an online payment..

To be honest ee shouldn't put people in the position of not being able to pay then sending a text saying if you don't pay we will cut you off, it's poor service from a huge company.
