Refund

Hi,

I asked for a refund as I paid for the iPhone 14 pro max and it wasn’t in stock and I had paid £116 fee for it. I swapped the phone and they told me I would get that £116 back into my bank but it has been 11 days now and I have still not gotten my refund?
