Hello,

 

I ordered A pixel 6 which I returned after a few days of using less than a week of usage. this was around 9'th of july when will be refunded. in myEE account it says that my account was closed.

 

What could I be doing wrong ?

PS: I have already talked to the billing team like 2 twice.

@gal1l0   You will have to call as you should of had this by now.    You did return it by the correct method? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That I should get the refund by today. But I just called the Billing team and they told me it was gonna be monday. So am kinda confused.
