Hello i am waiting for a refund and was advised it would be in by today. I have no gas currently and my electricity is very low due to paying twice for my mobile bill... can i get an update please as these are hard times and 60 is a lot

@Teenski444   When did you request refund ?  

Why was your bill paid twice ?  

Did you requested to be paid back into your bank account ?  
and no refunds are given over the weekend especially on a Sunday.
