I got charged a non trade in fee because they hadn’t been able to locate my device, I was told I would receive a refund of that fee once they found it. On December 23rd 2021 I received a confirmation text to say they had it. Almost a month later I still don’t have my refund and I expect it back …

Have you given EE Customer Service a call to ask where the refund is?
There is no account access on here so we don't know who you are.

When you received the confirmation text message from the third party company, did you then chase the issue with EE?
