I upgraded to an iPhone 13 pro from my old iPhone 11 pro for the £12 off a month.

I sent off my iPhone 11 pro on the Saturday 08 January 2022 and it said it was delivered on the Wednesday 12 January 2022.

However I got a text from EE today a saying I need send it out and this is the final reminder.

Is there anything I can do?
