Good afternoon 

I was wondering if I’m due a refund? Iv recently changed my contract but I have noticed my last contract ran out in July 2022 wondering if you can assist please

@Cfc1888  No you’re not due a refund as you still used the service provided.   It’s down to you do do something about it when you reach the minimum term of a contract 

 perhaps reading the contract and what happens at the minimum term would’ve been the best thing you could’ve done instead of just agreeing to it.  Basically at the minimum term it changed to a 30 day rolling contract at the same price point and after three months you  got a 10% discount.

@Cfc1888 : No, you've been paying the agreed contract price for your contract. These mobile contracts don't just "run out", just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract.
