Hi I meant to had an refund as not recieved yet . Can u double check uts been done please

As this is a customer forum we have no access to customer accounts and we don't know who you are.

You will have to call EE to find out about your refund on 150 or the number in my Signature.

Refunds are done within 5-10 working days, but we cannot, as we have no idea who you are and have no account access. 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
