Hi I ordered iPhone 15 Pro max upfront have been taken from my account but didn't get refund after 5 working days when I called customer service I have been told upfront will be refund in 5 working days.

Does the payment show as pending with your bank? 

Did you cancel the order or was this the order not accepted?

The payment is not pending its been deducted from my account.and I didn't cancel order they do credit check and after that they told me its declined and I will receive refund with in 5 working days but I still didn't received my upfront money back

@Umair6  Refunds take between 7-10 days 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's been 28 days still didn't receive my refund its ridiculous I called help line they have been told me every week sir it will be soon in your account.today I called helpline they said send email on missing.payments@ee.co.uk I send email still no reply

Have you received your refund? I’ve been waiting over a week and still haven’t had my money back. 
that email address missing.payments@ee.co.uk is clearly not manned by anyone..

You should receive your refund within 14 days. 

If you have been waiting longer than 14 days, please give us a call.

Oh ok, I’ve heard 5 days, 7 days, 10 days and now 14 days. 
can’t EE have all knowledge sorted.

I am writing this message regarding my refund,

last year I have try to order 16 pro max but unfortunately it was error so it’s been a year 

i have  already been told by consumer service to contact you , I hope you will help me out
