Reduce early upgrade fee?

I've got a year left on my contract (phones glitchy and just not enjoying it) and an upgrade fee of £320. It says the fee may be reduced depending which new contract I select, but when I look all the new plans say my fee will still be £320.

Is there any way of reducing this fee?

I understand why it's so much but just want to know if there's any little tricks 🙂

@katied94   Is that fee still the same when you select a higher tariff then you have now ?     Your contract is for the duration of a contract period and upgrading earlier will require you to pay off that current contract.  It also does say may be reduced not that it will be reduced.    Your best bet is to call customer service and see what can be offered.
