I paid Mt final payment on 13th April but today you took £16 again out of my account can you explain why you haven't cancelled my account

@Vanboy1959 : Had you cancelled your contract by giving 30-days notice to EE or had you assumed that it ended on its min. term, which it doesn't? These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
