I placed my order in nov 22 and had to pay a 100 deposit as it would be held for a while then put back in my bank and now when I looks on my bills it doesn’t mention my deposit why’s this and when will I get this

@Kezza24 if you’re referring to the upfront cost that cost has to be paid and it’s not a deposit that you get back. It’s the upfront cost you have to pay as that tariff doesn’t cover the whole cost of the device and plan.

Sounds more like a refundable security deposit. I should phone CS & ask for it to be refunded or if not, when? I would expect it to be more like after 3 months.
