how do I change my direct debit date ?

Hi @Paddy39hamm

To change your direct debit date please follow the below steps:  

  1. Open your EE account using a web browser or desktop browser
  2. Go to Bills & Payments in the top right of your screen
  3. Choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
  4. Scroll down the page to "Manage Direct Debit" and follow the link to change your Direct Debit details.

i also tried to do this by using the link - but it doesn't recognise my land number so I can submit.  seems like the most hidden and complicated route for such a simple request!
