My £11.79 price is going up by £2.25 a month. A 20% increase.

20 PERCENT!

I've been a loyal customer for years. EE obviously does not need me anymore.

we also got the email about the 7.9% annual price increase! Its the extortionate rise which we didnt agree to.

@Jp185  You most certainly did agree to it it’s part of the contract T&Cs.

i didnt agree to the trebling of my tariff. Anyway, i'm moving provider, so they've just lost 3 contracts over it. Their loss.

If this reference to treble is regarding the admin fee you mentioned earlier, then there's more to this than just the contractual price rise. A wise approach would be to query that further, using the formal complaints process if necessary.

If not, you'll remain prone to other misunderstandings in the future. Good luck with your new provider.
