Hi i upgraded my contract to get a new phone. I rang EE to keep my old number and my bill came through at £875 i will be getting a refund or i will sue them!!

What are the extra charges listed as on your bill?

Did you take out a new contract and cancel your existing contract early, rather than upgrade?

@Iinnz  If you upgraded you would retain your number you don’t need to do anything,  it sounds like you took out a new contract while still in contract with your old device/tariff and then you terminated your old contract which would result in a early termination fee of that contract.
