This is worse company to take any services. Intially, sales team will tell deffierent things and later on you will get different terms and conditions. If you take services, later on you will find you scammed by EE. Thanks

Exactly my experience, guys why we letting them get away with this..

So many liars in EE ranks

Bull you change contract, breach it cowards

@ericdking , this is an old thread, why not start your own thread, then we can try and help you. Terms and conditions are there and all you have to do is read them. If you have taken out a contract, then you have to acknowledge it and no, EE do not scam you.

Maybe explain your problem, so that we may be able to look at it for you. EE do not change contract, you have a two year contract and every year in line with all companies, it goes up due to cpi.

Explained, wasted 4 hour of my life on phone to your team..
Absolute waste of time...

@ericdking , I and many of us are customers like you, we try to help where possible and some staff work here, but not always see threads, so always best to speak to EE customer service, but you also need to explain your problem so that we can try and help.

@ericdking  Never been miss sold  anything from EE.  Long term customer. 2012 and before that Orange.   Happy having phone, various Sim contracts, watch contact and broadband from EE.     Just like many other customers.

Have you spoken to customer service and requested that they listen to the call that you had when you took out this contract?

You also have to read the contract that’s offered that’s where you should have noticed something was wrong from what you got told.   You are given the chance to do this even if it was a phone call or online.    You also have a 14 day cooling of period in that time you should be looking over the contact and checking everything.    Did you ?

@ericdking  So you didn’t read the contract that was put to you you just agreed too it and now you’ve noticed it’s not what you was told.   Only you can do something about that as soon as you notice it’s wrong.  but instead of doing something you come here to just sound off about it.      So do something about it because as you say “guys why we letting them get away with this..”.  Until you call customer services you are doing exactly just that.
