Re: Phones been cut off

EE are unhelpful and patronising. They have cut off my phone after I've been with them for a month due to DD not working (I did give them all the bank details at the time I opened account). I have been online and paid the monthly fee that was owed but they want a further £50 for late payment before they will reconnect me. I will pay them not a penny more for this appalling service. I have never been blackmailed before by a phone company

I wish they would stop sending me patronising messages such as I have been upgraded to visitor. I want phone service not patronising messages.

A bunch of thieves and blackmailers who are happy to suddenly cut off my phone service with no notice and put me at risk. I do nto want to deal with them any longer

Oh how thrilling, they have upped my rank to Explorer now, not at all patronising is it?

I am paying for a phone service which they are not providing. Meanwhile my teenage daughter is out in town for Halloween and I cannot message her, putting her safety at risk. I had not notice that they were about to cease service. I have only been with them for a month. Bring back Three, all is forgiven........

Hi @LMF100

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team to explain what has happened? They'll be able to take payment and get the Direct Debit set back up with you.
