Same here. Whenever I try tk call someone including ee 150 it says can't connect! How can we get this fixed if we can't even contact ee!??

Welcome to the community.

Is this something that's happened recently? Have you tried restarting your phone? 

If you would like to speak to our Mobile Care team, there are a few options, including a live chat service and a number to call from another phone on our contact us help page.

Hi yes this has been happening for the last couple of days and iv tried restarting my phone and turning it off. As soon as I ring anyone it says couldn't connect and beeps. I am abroad but have used my phone normally for months. I recently upgraded to a sim only plan but again this should still be included. Please can you help as I can't find the live chat

Were you abroad when you switched to a pay monthly plan or back in the UK?
