What is the query you have?

If it's account-specific you will need to call CS on 150 - but if yours is a general query then feel free to explain the issue,

Hello. I am calling 150 since one hour ago and nobody is answering. That is the reason I write it here in hope that somebody will help me if at the phone nobody is answering. So if you can help me, it would be a pleasure to explain to you what is the problem.
