I have been trying to pay my bill for weeks now, it won’t let me as the EE app is playing up, can you help me please as I don’t want to get cut off as this isant my fault

Welcome to the Community. 

There are several ways to Pay Your Mobile or Broadband Bill if your EE app isn't working right now. 

Please try deleting the app, reinstalling this, and making sure the device you're using is fully up to date with the latest software updates. 

If you're still having trouble with the app after trying these steps, and your main online account is also not working, then call our team. They can review exactly what's happening and work to resolve your access moving forward.

@Nicolotti221203 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
