Yes! Me too! We have over paid £2500 to £3000 on 4 contacts over 2 years! Totally shocked! Two were wireless routers which we have been told by shop staff could not be changed! No record of the conversations on our account! Offered £250 which we have rejected now just going to the financial ombudsman. I notice you haven’t had a reply from EE

It's not completely clear from your post what your issue is, but all EE contracts are rolling ones with minimum terms. Outbound communication towards the end of the minimum term, has been inplace for some time now.
