I'm having trouble paying my broadband bill, it's just said for the last week or so that they are updating the app and website and I can only visit the community site, so I'm likely to have my broadband cut off if the issue isn't fixed asap 😭. I keep forgetting to call their number during the day and I'm disabled and chronic illnesses too so I'm not often awake during normal hours so this update thing sucks 😞

I understand how important having service is for you and I'm sorry you've been unable to make the payment over the past week.
You should be able to access the app and website this morning to make the payment. If you have any errors showing when you try and log in today, please call us and the team can check everything at our end for you and take the payment to keep the broadband service active. Our Pay Your Mobile or Broadband Bill page has all the ways you can make a payment to your account.

I can't view mine on either, it's been stuck on updating please check later for a week or so now and I don't want to end up being cut off as I'm disabled and need access to the internet to order my medications😭
