Hi, I’ve been paying for my phone and plan for over 24 months. My current bill is £69.30 (£77 minus a £7.70 out-of-contract discount). Please confirm whether my device finance has been fully paid off, what exactly I’m still paying for, and what my options are to cancel or move to a cheaper plan.
