cancelled and paid on the 10/10/22 but still having letters saying I have not paid will you please sort this out

Did you give your 30 days notice for it to end? Were you looking to keep your number or just cancel outright?

had an update on my broadband by bt and it was their idea to change my mobile believe i was given a new number.
