EE Upgrades: All you need to know

Please can someone tell me what exactly do I need to return, when upgrading to a new phone?

Do EE want just the old phone back?  Or do I need the original box, charger, cable, case etc?

You don't need to include the box or any accessories when trading in your device, just the phone itself.
