That is correct, this happens every year, which you would have seen when you signed the contract.

I have raised a complaint but as usual no reply . You are losing two contracts in December 

Not interested in how or why . All I am saying is due to your increase you are going to lose two phones in December . I raised a complaint with ee but as usual no reply and no help 

@Frank1466 ,you can raise a complaint, but I doubt it will make any difference, all networks work on the same principal, every year the prices rise, as shown on the link I gave you.

I have done but due to a total lack of interest from ee nobody has bothered to reply . I was told on the phone by one operator ring later and explain your situation and they will help . All I was told was let your account go into arrears and wreck your credit rating so the. They would do something . Completely useless

I raised the complaint online last week
