Purely on the basis of your posts in this thread, I would suggest your phone has a fault, but there are easy ways to prove that.
I know you have a separate thread about coverage issues, and you've jumped on another thread here about price rises. Every operator has their own strategies for both pricing and network service.
EE have actually led where Ofcom have now mandated the rest of the industry to follow, in ensuring mid-term price rises are fixed at the outset. Interestingly this favours those on higher priced plans and does penalise lower-end users.
