Hello @Twynip51 ,

Welcome to the community,

How did you cancel your contract? Did you ring up to cancel it? If you owed them some money, then you will get billed. You should have received a final bill, which you have to pay.

You can ring customer service by using an app , such as Skype for free using the free number in my signature.

We have no way of knowing who you are and no account access.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Cancelled by email along with landline and broadband, they’re billing me for months I’ve been in spain

@Twynip51 , you cannot cancel via email, you should have rung them up, this is the only way, you will have to speak to customer service to sort this out, emails, they do not have one for accounts, cancellations are always done by phoning customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Cancelled by email

EE don't have an email address for CS, so I suspect  you've not given notice and thus your situation is explained. Cancellation notice is either by post or calling.

Out of interest, what email address did you send your notice to?

Ok thanks,I think they’d sent me an email and I replied on that as bill only for mobile, not landline or broadband

The chances are that email was a "no-reply" one, outbound emails usually have a disclaimer to advise that replies will not be monitored.

You will need to give your disconnection notice by any of the means in the link I posted above, you'll be liable for charges until that 30day notice period runs.

I had rang to cancel the contract and they said they have cancelled it and this was in March and I’m still getting charged for it

Hi @Stoklosa2 do you have multiple lines on your bill, or did you ask for a PAC code at all?

If you have asked for a PAC code but not used it yet the service will continue until you use the PAC or you contact Customer service to cancel the PAC and terminate normally.
