@Nadim420 then look online or go to a store or you can call customer support you will not get any help with this via this public forum. No one here knows who you are. No one here has access to your EE account. 

and your contract will reach its minimum term in 30 days it will not just cease working in 30 days time.  You don’t have to upgrade, your contract will change to 30 day rolling tariff until you decide to do something about it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
