Welcome to the community.

If this is for a personal mobile account, you can change your address in your EE Online account.

Please don't post your address publicly.

You can update your home address within your EE account online. 

Please follow these steps:

Plans & subscription's > Settings > Change address.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you log into the EE app, select Profile, Settings and Permissions and then right at the bottom you should have the option to Change billing address.
