In my case, I had a serious health problem with my son who used a
Lenovo tablet with a contract in my name that was later stolen, for
which I informed EE but since I did not have insurance, I paid the
contract in full, only since March I have invoices of more than 300
pounds, so when I did not get a clear response from EE, I canceled the
debit debit and I have the police report in progress, but EE has not
yet sent me the printed invoices for those months and only part of it
has been returned to me of the money I take

Never got it fixed at all basically a waste of time asking for help to have a conversation and then getting told to contact someone else. It’s not like I don’t have the money for it it’s just not right to put it up without a warning it’s utterly ridiculous I have a house to pay for and other bills it’s like they don’t think about other things just money for themselves. Fair enough doing your job will not complain about that but you can’t expect people to not be upset when your just taking the mick.

You can view the bill and see any extra charges in your My EE account, this will show what you have been billed for this month.

I'm sorry to hear that laptop was stolen. Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team about these bills? If not, I would recommend doing so as soon as possible so we can check your account for you.
