I have been your client for several years
I paid all my bills regularly
At the beginning of October I changed my plan and phone with you.I also took a samet watch samdung 6.I was told that I would be paying £12 for it.Unfortunately for the 2nd bill I see the amount of £24.Last month I went to the EE store to clarify this.I was told that I have a contract for a monthly fee of 12£ and they think that it is the first fee that is higher.As you can see they do not know what they are saying.I want to return this watch and break the contract.I will not pay for the watch 24£ a month.Please tell me what to do.And at the moment my full cost mobile with stupid watch is 72£!!!!
