Hi.
I bought a 30£ package bondle on my sim. On the same day I switched to monthly contract. I didn’t use my 30£ bundle. I received a message after switching to monthly contract saying 30£ added to my credit. Now I need to know if my bill will be deducted from my available credit automatically or i need to do something to get it deducted from my credit?

So I got my refund of the package I didn’t use. And the amount transferred to my credit today. Now do I have to pay the bill? As my bill is 18£ a month and my credit is 27£

No, your next bill will be paid out of your credit, leaving £9 credit for the bill after that.

I tried to put my number on ee app after switching to monthly contract.
They said I have to visit a ee centre with some id proof. What is that
meant for?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

Hi @Malik18,
Now you have switched to pay monthly, any recurring pay as you go top ups will automatically be cancelled.
Hope this helps.
James

- How can I find a monthly bill for my internet in Contracts & Billing
- I’ve paid my bill via the app and it’s still showing unpaid in Contracts & Billing
- Changing direct debit in Contracts & Billing
- Extra charges in Contracts & Billing
- Connecting device when I accidently made one more account_all is not working now in Pay as you go
