NOTE: I have had NOTHING but problems with EE for service. My phone is continuously BLOCKED BY EE, while in the US.
EE continues to OVER BILL for more than double my billing!! Paying for service I do not have. I have a LIFETIME offer by BT that includes UL MINS, TEXT IN UK with data, FREE UL MINUTES AND TEXT for international travel, FREE UL data international travel, ZERO roaming or connection charges!!!
I have phoned EE no less than 3 times per month as this continues!!! I have lost clients, important medical calls. EE continues to BLOCK AND OVER BILL!!!
REFUND AND STOP THE BLOCKING!!! Compensation for overbilling and NO service!!!

To get your account and billing looked into, you would need to contact our mobile guides who can check what is being charged when roaming and get this sorted.
