Why do ee take random small amounts out of my pay as you go credit

@Potatoeheadman   They are probably out of allowance charges that are not covered by your pack allowance.      You pack allowance is only for calls/text/data.    Premium rate numbers are not covered by your call allowance and are chargeable.    MMS are not covered by your text allowance so are chargeable.   Sending emojis can be sent as a MMS, Sending group texts over 3-4 people can go as MMS. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you calling overseas from UK?

Are you sending MMS?
