Billed twice?

I've had my business phone less than 4 weeks.

Paid £43 about 6 days after receiving it and been sent a letter saying they couldn't take the £52 this month and my account is restricted.

I have a spend cap so no way I've run over.

£95 for 26 says use seems excessive. Still within my rights to send back. What's going on?

Mobile contracts are billed a month in advance, So not only are you paying for 26 days but also the remainder of this month since you were billed.

You have no rights to cancel after the statutory 14-day calling-off period & that's only for consumer contracts. If you are on a business contract you had no such right.
