Hi I used to have two mobile numbers on my bill. One is a contract sim with phone and the other is a sim only contract.
The sim only number has been moved over to another mobile provider some months ago as you provider the PAC code.
I'm therefore confused as to why its appears that you've continued to bill me for an inactive sim without a number. Surely this should have been cancelled at the point it was transferred?

Yes, once the number has been moved to another network, the monthly recurring payment would be cancelled.
What are the charges listed as on your bill? Is there another number associated with the charges?
