Early upgrade

Hi. So i currently have the s22 ( 89pm )and am able to upgrade for £100 plus trade in of the s22. My question is the phone am after is £ 100 pm... so does that mean my dd just increases by the difference between plans ?Sorry if sounds stupid .... new...

Not collecting Direct Debit

Recently joined EE, set up to pay by Direct Debit. The details are correct (as far as I can tell, obviously the first 4 digits of the account number aren't visible) but the payments aren't being collected. This results in the service being suspended ...

Cancel my contract

I have reached the end of my 2 year contract and would like to cancel. Can I not do this online? Been waiting forever to get through

Yeah how does someone cancel a contract because this MF don't even put it on the online ee app and it's driving me crazy

Phone cut off before contract end date

I have two numbers on my contract. The end date states that my contract end date is the 28th October 2022; however, one of the numbers has been disconnected today. I pay my bill on the 2nd of the month, so I should still have a month left?

EE Perk code not working

I have the option to upgrade at anytime, it costs £100.00 to upgrade to the Samsung Z Fold 4, it will cost £100 a month.I applied my 20% perk code and it gives the message "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided".Please explain

Payment date

Hi my bill was due out today I can’t pay until the 20th how do I do this so I don’t get a bad credit mark?
