Hi, I was Truly Honoured, to have had an incredible, reassuring, Iive chat conversation, with Dearest Tara.EE @CollectionsTeam. Iam under mental health diagnosis! My anxiety levels, shot through the roof, when I received my latest mobile bill, an eye watering £380. Given the current financial climate, ie. also paying higher energy, communication, food bills, etc. I was left with a feeling, of utter dispair! Sleepless night, feeling utterly drained, and useless! Despite this, I spoke to Suraj, he was brilliant! after reviewing my account, he very Kindly, put me straight through, to the Collections Team. Tara responded immediately to my query! Being both Professional and friendly, in her approach to me! Tara carefully, explained to me, that I had cancelled my contract midway! Hence the Extras added onto my outstanding previous bill of £59.l genuinely, didn't remember cancelling my contract! That is the reason I was so shocked at my bill? Oh! My Dear Girlfriend reminded me, I had written a rather tough email demanding an immediate end to my contract! I had experienced devestating, withdrawal symptoms, due to a lack of medication, for a few days! Which developed into an Emergency Crisis! I Sadly left EE because l received a less than Par Exellence Service both, signal or lack of Internet during a very serious need to have access to these Services on several occasions! Lack of response to my emails etc. I didn't ever have a feeling that I was a valued Customer! Where was the support when I was struggling with my health and to pay my communication bills? I just needed commpassionate advice! Today having met Dear Tara, from the EE Collections Team, I received absolute Respect and Dignity from her, I really did feel Valued! For the very, first time! Tara was both Patient, understanding and Compassionate! If I had been treated with such Dignity in the first instance! ie. Customer Service, support by other EE. Staff that were dealing with my previous long term contract! Etc.! I would not be leaving! Your mini portable router was Par Exellence! 5 Star! It was packed away when I recently moved! Not sure which box I packed it in! There is Absolutely no Doubt in my mind EE Collections Team especially, Dear Tara, are Par Exellence! Please Take Good Care Of Yourselves and Each Other Mike.Ps. I will pay £30 per month towards my Final bill more when I can afford it! Thank you so much Dear Tara.
