You will need to call Customer care team if you are unable to pay your bill to a later date.
The team can be contacted by calling 150 from your EE handset or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone or by using the online chat service.

@Heidipugh90 Doubtful. If you’re having issues making your payment on time you need to call customer services and explain the situation. If you don’t call customer services you’ll be cut off for none payment and then late fees will be applied. This will also affect your credit score. You need to call customer services.

You can use promise to pay once in 12 months I believe you need to get in touch with customer support and they can arrange this, it doesn’t affect your credit or internal credit as long as you pay the bill on the agreed date, also as I found the payment where dropping on the wrong day of the month so I used promise to pay then changed my direct debit to a better date

Yesterday I made a promise to pay and they did hit my credit report with a missed payment.
Is this EE policy or should I appeal.

@DANIELASHBROOK : If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
