Price increase

Does anybody else think that a price increase of over 30% on my 30 day rolling contract, and giving me nothing that I need in return is excessive.?

@Pke1   Are you referencing the yearly price increase?  If you are it’s a fixed price increase regardless of how you work out the percentage.   This has happened because many customers complained about not knowing when taking out a contract what a price increase could be as it was CPI plus 3.9%.  So if you’re not happy about a fixed price increase it’s not EEs fault it’s the customers who wanted a fix price increase.

As for giving you nothing that’s not quite right,   It pays the power to operate cellular masts,  it pays the power to keep the servers running.  It pays for any maintenance work that’s required to keep cellular sites updated so you can benefit from 5G and before this 4G.
